Cuisine au château


Under the Chef advises, live a unique experience in Saint-Emilion by concocting and tasting regional dishes in accordance with the château’s wines.A workshop limited to 12 people where each person has his own hob and his own preparation space. You will realise a menu highlighting the seasonal product, which include a starter and a main course or a main course and a desert. You will also be able to visit the winery and will participate to the lunch setting in the reception room or in the shady courtyard, « a very special moment of sharing ». Those workshops are tailor made, you will compose your own menu by choosing in the following themes:

Variations on duck liver Or Variations on salmon
Or Emulsions of all kinds, siphons and Espuma in glasses.

Main courses:
Cod, winemaker sauce, seasonal vegetables Or Variations on beef, market of the day vegetables Or Variations on duck, market of the day vegetables

Chocolate in all its states Or The secret of macarons Or The Bordelais cannelé Cooking classes run all year long, at lunch from 11 am to 2 pm and in the evening from 6 pm to 9 pm.
